Jessica Baskins BSN, RN, CEN

Founder and Co-Owner of Mountain Med Spa/Nurse Injector

Jessica grew up at the base of the Big Horn Mountains in Sheridan, Wyoming but has called Pinetop home for the last 6 years. Jessica graduated from Nebraska Methodist College of Nursing in 2003 with her Bachelors in Nursing. Emergency Medicine has been her passion, and she has been able to travel the country taking care of patients. Health, wellness, and self-care have always been her passion. She is excited to provide our clientele an alternative way to meet their health goals. Jessica has received training certifications in Botox and filler administration and PCA Professional Peel certification. When Jessica is not working, she is spending time camping, traveling, and attending sporting events with her husband, step -children and fur- babies.

Anna Lee-Lennox BSN, RN, SANE-A

Nurse Injector/Retail Owner

Originally from the Philadelphia area, Anna has called Pinetop-Lakeside home for the last 7 years. Anna graduated from Milligan University in 2014 with her Bachelors in Nursing. Anna specializes in emergency and forensic nursing. She is passionate about health and nutrition and helping people live their healthiest lives. Anna looks forward to offering treatments that can improve her client’s health and happiness. Anna has received training certifications in Botox and filler administration and PCA Professional Peel certification. She enjoys all the White Mountains have to offer, and (when not at work) can be found hiking/ fishing with her husband and 4 rescue dogs.

Dr. Steven Melnychuk, DO

Co-Owner/ Medical Director

He was born and raised in Bloomsburg PA. Dr. Melnychuck did his undergraduate training at Bloomsburg University, and completed medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Geisinger Medical Center and has been practicing Emergency Medicine in Arizona since graduating from residency in 2009. Steve has a strong focus on fitness and health. He is an avid outdoors enthusiast and fisherman. Steve is very excited to have the opportunity to provide IV and cosmetic therapy to the residents of the White Mountains.
